We are proud to have advised evercom, a creative communications and marketing agency, to achieve the B Corp certification.
After a rigorous evaluation process, the independent Spanish agency joins the international movement formed by entities that share a different vision of business and seek to lead a global transformation for an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy.
The process to be certified as a B Corp covers and considers the actions of a company in the three fundamental areas of sustainability (ESG: Environment, Society and Governance) and requires a long-term commitment.
Advised by our ESG Strategy team, evercom developed a customized plan to meet the requirements of the certification (taking into account, above all, the needs of the firm and what would bring value to it).
We walked the path together: from the initial assessment based on the BIA (Business Impact Assessment) of B Lab; through the definition of a plan with the actions to be implemented; in order to finish accompanying the team in the development and improvement of these actions.
Following this strategy, evercom was able to achieve a score higher than the minimum required (80 points) to achieve the certification: 91.3 points.
To communicate that evercom is now a certified B corporation, the agency designed an internal and external communication campaign. With the title “#microburradas”, it exposes different situations where bad practices occur in the daily work environment. The aim is to raise awareness of the need to eliminate (or at least reduce) those bad habits that, despite being small, are harmful in a big way.
